Being Luisa Collection

A new collection born of creativity and sensitivity in the selection of fabrics. Elegant cotton dresses with lace inserts and applications ... inspired by and dedicated to Marchesa Luisa Casati (1881-1957).

On Friday 25th March at 6.30 p.m. Ca' Sagredo Hotel and Venezia da Vivere presented a new project combining contemporary design and high Venetian craftsmanship: Being Luisa is the collection created by the Finnish designer Jasmin Santanen and the Atelier Martina Vidal, the custodian of Burano lace art.

The project was sponsored by the Finnish Embassy in Italy and lays the foundations for a collaboration on fashion, craftsmanship and sustainability.

The collection is on exhibition from 26 March to 5 April at the Magazzino Gallery in Palazzo Polignac, from 3.30 pm to 6 pm.
